Originsdoesn’t have builds.All you have to do is upgrade your hidden blade and use a good bow. Then you were using one of the combat bows, like a Warrior- or Light bow. Even the Hunter bow has a bit of zoom. But you really want a Predator bow for the kind of playstyle you prefer.
Whenthey start climbing the ladder, before they reach the top just sleep dart them and they will fall to the ground, taking at least 800-1000 fall damage each time as long as it is high enough. If that isn't enough to kill them if you run out of sleep darts, you'll probably at least have a major advantage before you fight them.
