as far as i know you can use your key a max of 3 machines, all legal, i asked the question to the developers of ETS2, if you dont have the DLC (going east) no need to worry you can play the multiplayer still, steam always has sales on and you will get the games and DLC cheaper than most places

Mods are force disabled by the people that run the unofficial MP mod. I forgot to mention, ye can't be banned on ETS2. It's a strictly SP only game, it has no MP feature.
